Job description:

As a Sales Lead for the State of Tamil Nadu reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, the position requires he/ she to,

  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have the necessary aptitude to attain a comprehensive clinical/ technical knowledge of the products
  • Know the customers/ target group and build a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders
  • Have a solid knowledge of the market and strive to work in line with the Company’s marketing strategy in developing and strengthening the market reach for Magal products in the ear-marked region
  • Be always aware of the competition and devise ways to be one up in the market
  • Aggressively drive sales efforts in the territory to achieve best sales results
  • Be innovative in their approach to selling
  • Manage and motivate authorized Channel Partners in the territory to achieve set sales targets
  • Efficiently manage sales operations in the region

Essential qualifications and experience:

Any Science Graduate having a minimum 5 years, but not more than 7 years, experience in Biomedical/ Healthcare Industry. Proficiency in English language is a must. Working knowledge of the regional language [Tamil] and Hindi is desired.

Pay package:

INR 3.0 Lakhs per annum plus performance incentive
