Job description:

As a Business Development Executive for South India reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, the position requires he/ she to,

  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have the necessary aptitude to assimilate a basic clinical/ technical knowledge of the products
  • Know the customers/ target group and the market through regular interactions
  • Generate and convert leads for the Sales Team
  • Find prospective customers, converse with them and eventually convert them to users of Magal products
  • Create and maintain an useful database of existing customers and build a strong rapport with them; updating them about Magal products, understanding their requirements, providing best product solutions and resolving pain areas [if any]
  • Have a good knowledge of the market and strive to work in line with Sales Team in developing and strengthening the market reach for Magal products in the ear-marked region through a continued process of sharing important market information
  • Aggressively support the Sales Team’s efforts in the territory to achieve best sales results
  • Monitor and control sales operations in the region

Essential qualifications and experience:

Any Science Graduate [Female preferred] having a minimum 1 year, but not more than 2 years, experience in Biomedical/ Healthcare Industry. A good command of the English language is a must. Working knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi is desired.

Pay package:

INR 2.0 Lakhs per annum plus performance incentive
